User must log in to the app and go to settings and click on Delete Account. User’s data will be immediately deleted and will not be accessible.
If user forgot password, they must reset the password using Forgot Password option during login screen. After password is reset, they must login to the app and request account deletion via step 1.
In this case, as we are not able to authenticate the user, we are not able to process this request. Please refer to Terms of Use – Section 5, Termination of Accounts, as to when account will be automatically deleted in case of no login activity.
